Oil-processing plant construction in Armenia at initial stage

PanARMENIAN.Net - Construction of an oil-processing plant in Armenia was discussed by the Armenian and Russian Presidents early this year, RA Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian said.



"Presently, the construction project is at the initial stage. Trilateral talks between Armenia, Russia and Iran are held at the level of experts. Following the recent meeting of working groups, the sides will proceed with determining the issues regarding the technical and economic validity of the project," the Minister told Kommersant daily.
