EU Commissioner: Armenia succeeds in implementing Action PlanDecember 12, 2007 - 17:37 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - During a visit to Strasbourg, Armenia's Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan met with Benita Ferrero-Waldner, EU Commissioner for External Relations and European Neighbourhood Policy, the RA government's press office reported.According to Dr Ferrero-Waldner, Armenia succeeds in implementing the Action Plan. "Upon examining the country report, the EU will consider further cooperation with Armenia," she assured. The parties also referred to the Karabakh peaceful process, forthcoming presidential elections in Armenia and a number of regional problems. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
