Russia to reconsider relations with NATO-aspired states

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russia has a firm position on NATO enlargement and doesn't conceal it, said Vasily Istratov, Russia's Ambassador to Azerbaijan.

Touching on mutual broadcast talks, Ambassador Istratov said that they were broken off last December. "Nevertheless, Russia is ready to discuss any proposal," he said, the Azeri Press Agency reports.
