Skinheads plotting assaults on "not Russians" on April 20

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian human rights advocates call on the police to be vigilant on April 20. Radical nationalists are plotting various actions dated to the birthday of Adolph Hitler.



Immigrants are too excited and are willing to control affairs themselves.



"In the course of 20 years already, radical nationalists have been marking the day with various assaults on natives of Caucasus, Central Asia and other foreign countries. One of radical nationalist organizations has already announced conduction of a mass action in Moscow," said Alexander Brod, director of Moscow bureau for human rights.



"Since 2002 foreign students have been banned to attend lessons on this day. They are also recommended not to leave hostels," he said.



Foreign students call on each other to be cautious. Representatives of various diasporas say they will themselves control affairs in case of indifference of Russian authorities, Interfax reports.
