"The Armenian-Iranian relations are not targeted at any other state. We enjoy bilateral cooperation, what is natural for neighbors. Armenia is willing to establish diplomatic relations with all neighbor countries," Tigran Balayan said when commenting on in the U.S. concerns over development of the Armenian-Iranian relations expressed in the Country Reports on Terrorism 2007. Touching on the other items of the report, Mr Balayan said that the criticism arouses concerns. "As to struggle against corruption, it's one of the aspects of Serzh Sargsyan's election program.
