Russia may recall offer of Gabala radar base joint use

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Russian leadership may recall its offer of joint use of the Gabala radar base, Azerbaijan, if the U.S. installs its missile defense shield in Europe, said lieutenant general Yevgeny Buzhinsky.

"The Gabala radar base was offered as an alternative to the U.S. missile defense shield in Poland and Czechia but not as a supplement to it. Washington's alleged intention to prevent Iran's nuclear threat is a menace to Russia's security," he said, Moskovskiy Komsomolets reports.
