Sargsyan, Christofias discuss Turkish-Armenian relationsSeptember 27, 2008 - 14:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sarsgyan met Friday with Cyprus President Demetris Christofias in New York to discuss bilateral relations and a number of other issues. President Sargsyan thanked his Cypriot counterpart for support to the Armenian community and presented his vision of normalization of the Armenian-Turkish relations. For his part, Mr Christofias briefed on the current stage of talks held to resolve the Cypriot problem. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
