Nevertheless, any CSTO member country has the right to cooperate with any alliance, CSTO Deputy Secretary-General Toksatyn Buzubayev told a news conference today."Russia, like Armenia, has a partnership plan with NATO. So, Armenia can launch joint programs with the Alliance if it doesn't conflict with the CSTO Charter," he said.
