For his part, Eduard Saroyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of German University in Armenia said University will be located at the House of Europe, along with research centers charged with the task to disseminate European values in the republic. He also briefed on aims and objectives of the new university. The founders of the university are mainly professors from Germany and German-Armenian Association. University curriculum will include European Studies as well as European civilization-related subjects. "Our University offers MA and postgraduate courses. The emphasis will be laid on education quality rather than students' quantity.
