Caucasus platform doomed to failure

PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkey's Caucasus stability and cooperation platform has no future, director of the Institute of Oriental Studies at the RA National Academy of Sciences, professor Ruben Safrastyan told a news conference today.



"With the conflicts between the countries presumably to join the initiative, its implementation is impossible. Turkey attempted to fortify its positions in the region. It was nothing but a diplomatic maneuver," he said.
