  EU Foreign Ministers to discuss Eastern Partnership fundamentalsFebruary 23, 2009 - 13:28 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Summit of the EU Foreign Ministers opens in Brussels today under presidency of Czech Foreign Minister Karel Schwarzenberg. The Eastern Partnership fundamentals are on the agenda. The Eastern Partnership, endorsed by European Commission on Dec. 3, 2008, aims to stimulate a closer cooperation between Armenian, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive.
