Levon Aronian scores second victory in Linares 2009February 23, 2009 - 14:11 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - In the 4th tour of Linares 2009 Armenian grandmaster Levon Aronian scored a victory over Cuba's Leinier Dominguez, who beat him in Corus Chess Tournament last month. Aronian, who played with white pieces, caused Dominguez surrender at the 92nd move of the set. In his previous games Aronian beat World Champion Anand and made draws with Norwegian Magnus Carlsen and Azeri chess player Teimour Radjabov. Russian grandmaster Alexander Grischuk, who played with black pieces, gained a victory over Teimour Radjabov and is leading along with Levon Aronian. Feb. 23 is announced to be Linares 2009 International Chess Tournament day off.
