The European Parliament Committee believes that the EU president must consider it its duty to represent EU at the top level negotiations regarding the issues of foreign policy and security; within its duties is also the EU-the authorized representative of the forum of EU State and Government heads, work management. The Parliamentary Committee members believe that the European Committee chairman too must be granted the right to represent the EU on top level meetings regarding the issues of foreign policy.
