Masis Mayilyan: Someone in Baku surpassed himself in his fantasies PanARMENIAN.Net - "RA Ministry of Foreign affairs already made an announcement detailing that NKR conflict settlement issue does not determine normalization of Turkish-Armenian ties, and Karabakh will not be discussed in negotiations with Turkey," Masis Mayilyan NKR Foreign and Security Policy Council Chairman told PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

"Our neighbors are once again trying to pass the desirable for reality. Humorous approach should be taken on such misinformation. Some commercially talented person in Baku surpassed himself in his fantasies.
