ArmRosGazProm and PSRC discussed customer service issues

PanARMENIAN.Net - ArmRosGazProm and Public Services Regulation Committee for customer service quality monitoring met to discuss reliability of information provided to PSRC, ArmRosGazProm Press Service reported.



Monitoring was conducted at ArmRosGazProm Head Office as well as Abovian, Echmiadzin, Sevan and Gavar subsidiaries.



The parties agreed to use single journals to register consumers' calls concerning customer service quality and temporary cutoffs of gas, as well as apply organizational experience of Echmiadzin Customer Service Center to other ArmRosGazProm subsidiaries in Armenia.
