  Turkey says stand on Armenia unchangeableApril 21, 2009 - 15:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkey will never do anything to damage relations with Azerbaijan, Turkish State Minister said. "We are brothers and nothing can part us," Cemil Cicek, adding that Ankara's position on relations with Armenia has not changed. "The border will not be opened unless Armenia quits Azerbaijani territories," he said. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive.
