Azerbaijan accuses Russia of Oil Academy shooting

PanARMENIAN.Net - Some Russian forces are responsible for the shooting which claimed lives of 13 people in the Azerbaijani Oil Academy on April 30.



"Pay attention to the fact that gunman Farda Gadirov had lived in Russia for 15 years before arriving in Baku. This cold-bloodedly committed crime was a result of psychological training, what is peculiar to special forces," said Arastun Orujlu, head of East-West analytical center.



"The crime was thoroughly thought-out. To all appearance, Gadirov had an accomplice, who killed him to cover tracks," Orudju said, adding that the threads of coup d'etat attempts and terrorist acts in Azerbaijan

Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive.
