Russia offers Baku to build nuclear power plant

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russia is going to offer Baku to build a nuclear power plant in Azerbaijan.



"Russia has broad experience in implementation of atomic energy projects abroad," said Vyacheslav Sinyugin, RF Deputy Energy Minister.



"Our projects are competitive and we are willing to share ideas with Baku," he said, ANS reported.
