PanARMENIAN.Net - Nagorno Karabakh can secure power balance in the region without third party assistance, Seyran Ohanyan, RA Defense Minister said at the meeting with youth from Diaspora.



He said that, thanks to engineering facilities, and existing weapons, the NKR can secure balance of power without assistance of a third party.



Armenian Defense Minister said that the military conflict in Georgia once again showed to Azerbaijan, that it's necessary to refrain from using force in Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
