As Khachatur Asmaryan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, the president of the Armenian Valleyball Federation, Armenian volleyball players have not participated in European tournaments since 1992. «The last time we participated in a European tournament in 1992. We sent 12 athletes to Hungary, 6 out of them from Sisian, and 3 volleyball players are from Nagorno Karabakh and Artik. Usually at such tournaments players are followed by European clubs' agents , I hope they will noticed two our promising athletes from Sisian," Mr. Asmaryan said. "Our athletes went to Hungary thanks to a sponsorship, the inviting party assumed costs for meals and accommodation," he said. Armenian delegation will return to Yerevan on 28 August.
