Armenian-Turkish Protocols - "flawed documents"

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian-Turkish Protocols can be defined as "flawed documents", US former Ambassador to Armenia John Evans said during an international web cast of an Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA). "I think that the impulse to try to get diplomatic relations started and to get the border opened was a good impulse.
