"RA-Turkish dialogue is a positive step from the point of view of Armenian potential usage in regional development," the politologist emphasized. According to him, by opening RA-Turkish talks, Armenian government has taken serious risks. Yet, this step should have been undertaken earlier, Nikolai Zlobin believes.Dwelling on KNR conflict settlement, the politologist noted that understanding of a term varies from person to person. "To me, the right for self determination is prevalent, as people who live on this territory have a right to decide for themselves," Nikolai Zlobin stated.
