According to him, Brussels does not stipulate for fixed time frames for grating EU membership, as the fulfillment terms of all EU-set conditions can't be foretold. "To accelerate the process, Istanbul has to undertake measures to resolve human rights and media freedom-related issues," Olli Rehn emphasized.
