The ceremony was attended by the Ambassador of Armenia to Belarus Oleg Yesayan and numerous representatives of the Armenian community in Belarus. The participants laid flowers at the cross stone and kept a minute's silence in memory of victims of the Spitak earthquake. A requiem for the dead was served.Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
