U.S. eyes Karabakh settlement and Armenian-Turkish reconciliation as two different processes

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has a phone conversation on December 10 night on the initiative of Mrs. Clinton.
