Armenia requests USD 100 million from Russia for diamond processing sphere developmentDecember 25, 2009 - 20:20 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia addressed Russia with a request to provide additional funding of USD 100 million to be fully directed at diamond processing sphere development, Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan told a news conference in Yerevan.
