To prevent repetition of such crimes in the future, it's essential to scrutinize closely their historical, political, cultural, ethnographic, economic and other aspects," Mr. Sahakyan said. NKR Minister of Education and Science Vladik Khachatryan, Minister of Culture and Youth Affairs Narine Aghabalyan also attended the meeting, reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President.
