UN Security Council to discuss Kosovo statusJanuary 16, 2008 - 17:16 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Serbian President will address the session of the UN Security Council on January 16, Lybia's Envoy Jadallah Altalhi said.The Council will hold an open discussion, which includes Mr Tadic's address, and then will continue work behind closed doors to hear a Kosovo representative. It will also consider the regular report of the UN Secretary-General, who called on Belgrade and Pristina to avoid statements jeopardizing peace in the region, the UN news center said. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
