NKR parliament speaker congratulated Serzh Sargsyan on election President

PanARMENIAN.Net - Nagorno Karabakh parliament speaker Ashot Ghulyan congratulated Serzh Sargsyan on election President of Armenia, the NKR parliament's press office said.



The congratulatory message says in part, "On behalf of the NKR parliament I sincerely congratulate you on victory in the presidential elections. We closely watched the election campaign which eventually proved the evidence of your victory. It means that the Armenian people approve your program aimed to secure welfare and rapid development of the country. We are confident that you will do everything in you power to unify Armenians all round the world."
