Hrazdan Thermal Plant and ArmRosGazprom Activities to Be Checked in 2007

PanARMENIAN.Net - Supreme bodies of financial control of Russia and Armenia will continue joint check-up in fields of mutual interest. This is the brief summary of the talks between Chair of the Counting Chamber of Russia Sergey Stepashin and Chair of the Control Chamber of the National Assembly of Armenia Gagik Voskanyan. The parties agreed they will plan check-ups of the financial and economic activities of Hrazdan Thermal Plant and ArmRosGazprom joint venture in 2007 the Press Service of the Counting Chamber reports. During his visit Mr. Voskanyan and his Deputy Gegham Gasparyan will also discuss specific opportunities of joint control measures in other subjects with auditors, especially financial aspects of functioning of the Russian military base in the territory of Armenia, ensuring customs control of Russian energy resource supplies, Finmarket reports.
