19.9% increase recorded in proceeds of Armenia’s large taxpayers from sale of products in February 2010

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to the Analysis of Summarized Indices of Large Taxpayers’ Monitoring in February 2010 by the Committee of State Revenues, the proceeds of Armenia’s 344 large taxpayers from sale of products totaled AMD 143.2 billions in February 2010 that is 19.9% higher as compared with the same period of last year.

Around 202 companies out of 344 large taxpayers have secured the total growth in profits, while ten largest companies have gained unusual good results (Zangezur copper and molybdenum combine, Rusal Armenal, ArmRosgazprom, Armenian Copper Program, City Petrol Group, Deno Gold Mining Company, Agarak copper and molybdenum combine and Pure Iron Plant), securing AMD 21.3bln increase in profits in February 2010.

At the same time, a decrease in proceeds of 120 taxpayers (including Ardshininvestbank, Grand Commerce, and Glendale Hills) was recorded during the reported period.
