Following the ceremony, the Armenian delegation, led by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan was invited to the official reception hall. At Expo 2010, Armenia was represented by the City of the World pavilion, featuring Apricot Garden and Gold & Silk highlights. Armenian pavilion, featuring models of famous architects worldwide, aims to invite people to construct the City of the World. In Apricot Garden, visitors can embrace the blossoming apricot trees, taste the unique apricots of Armenia and enjoy the magical sounds of Armenian Duduk flute made of wood from the apricot tree. In Gold & Silk, visitors can discover many interesting facts about ancient trade relations between Armenia and China, enjoy the unique mastery of Armenian jewellers.
