  Nabucco construction unlikely in near future September 29, 2010 - 13:06 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Construction of Nabucco gas pipeline is unlikely in the near future, an Azerbaijani expert said. “”I think the project will be implemented when a detailed engineering is developed,” said Ilham Shaban, director of Baku-based Center for Oil Research. “The project is being pushed forth without spirit,” Novosti Azerbaijan quoted him as saying.
