A two-day seminar was organized with participation of employees of the Armenian State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition and other governmental institutions. International experts from Germany and Lithuania, as well as Gunda Schumann, the Permanent Counselor of EU Twinning Project, delivered reports at the seminar. Twinning technical assistance program for increasing competition in Armenia is envisaged for 2011-2013.
