As reported by "Arminfo" agency referring to ANCA, the main event will take place April 25 in the New York City Council building. In the course of the measure executive director of the Institute of the Holocaust and Genocide Israel Charny, who has published a number of researches on the history of the Armenian Genocide, will make a speech.
