MILITARY OPERATIONS IN IRAQ NOT TO TELL ON WB ACTIVITIES IN ARMENIA

PanARMENIAN.Net - The military operations in Iraq will by no means tell on the World Bank activities in Armenia. As reported by "Arka" agency, WB Yerevan office director Roger Robinson told journalists today. He noted that the war in Iraq "can tell on the Armenian economy and even negatively influence the flow of investments." "I do not know what can happen tomorrow, and thus I cannot make concrete forecasts," - R. Robinson said. He assured that in any case the World Bank contribution to the Armenian government would not change.
