PanARMENIAN.Net - Today Italian Foreign Minister Franco Frantini is arriving in Baku on a working visit. In the course of the meeting with head of the Azeri foreign department Elmar Mamedyarov he is also expected discuss questions of settlement of the Karabakh problem.
