Artsrun Hovhannisyan appointed Defense Ministry spokesman

PanARMENIAN.Net - By the decree of Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan, Artsrun Hovhannisyan has been appointed the Ministry’s spokesman, the ministry’s press service reported.

Hovhannisyan was born in 1980 in Shirak province’s village of Tsoghamarg. Hovhannisyan’s been affiliated with Armenia’s armed forces since 1997.

He graduated from Vazgen Sargsyan Military Institute in 2001, getting his master’s degree in history in 2012.

Hovhannisyan has authored dozens of scientific articles and monographs. He is married and has two daughters.
