Armenian youth chess team beats Iran’s Olympic line-up

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian youth chess team (Hrant Melkumyan, Robert Hovhannisyan, Arman Pashikyan, Zaven Andriasian and Avetik Grigoryan) scored 34,5:15,5 win over Iran’s national Olympic squad in Tehran-hosted friendly.

Grandmasters Elina Danielian and Lilit Mkrtchyan will represent Armenia at Women’s World Chess Championship 2012 due November 9 in Khanty-Mansiysk, Russia.
