Opposition unlikely to announce common candidate - RPA member

PanARMENIAN.Net - Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) parliamentary group member Mkrtich Minasyan has expressed disbelief over the opposition to nominate common candidate for the presidential elections in February.

Meanwhile, he voiced confidence for several candidates to represent opposition at the upcoming race.

Dwelling on Prosperous Armenia leader Gagik Tsarukyan’s possible representing the opposition, the MP stressed the need for the party to state having joined the camp.

“Prosperous Armenia has identified itself as an alternative political force rather than opposition,” he said.
