Relations between ex-president, parliament speaker strained – paper

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Hraparak daily, parliament speaker Hovik Abrahamyan reluctantly described his interactions with ex-leader Robert Kocharian as “working relations.”

“The strained relations between Kocharian and Abrahamyan worsened even more in the light of ex-Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian’s fund misuse case. Neither has expected the latter to be stripped of deputy immunity,” the daily said

Kocharian has been rumored to be readying a statement on Oskanian case, it added.
