PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian grandmaster Levon Aronian tied a game vs. World Chess Champion Viswanathan Anand in round 7 of Bilbao Chess Masters Final 2012. Aronian scored 9 points to come 3rd.

Meanwhile, Fabiano Caruana-Sergey Karjakin game ended in a draw. Magnus Carlsen beat Francisco Vallejo Pons to come 2nd with 12 points.

The 8th round board pairings have been announced as follows: Pons- Aronian, Anand- Caruana, Karjakin - Carlsen.
