Elina Danielian reaches Women’s World Chess Championship round 2

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s Elina Danielian tied a game vs. Georgia’s Sopiko Khukhashvili at FIDE Women’s World Chess Championship.

Danielian beat Khukhashvili in the second tie break after suffering a defeat in the first one.

She further managed to score a win in the decisive tie break to make it to the second round.

Lilit Mkrtchian earlier beat Scotland’s Ketevan Arakhamia-Grant 2:0.
