ARMISTICE MAINTENANCE FAVORABLE FOR BOTH ARMENIA AND AZERBAIJAN

PanARMENIAN.Net - OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair Yuri Merzlyakov considers that the maintenance of the armistice is favorable for both Armenia and Azerbaijan, Azeri APA new agency reports. In his words, the war would result in new causalities and destructions. He expressed regret that the parties have failed to sign a peaceful agreement on the Karabakh conflict settlement so far. "The cease-fire agreement was supposed to be followed by a peaceful agreement", the diplomat added.
