Artsakh President visits Martakert provinceMarch 16, 2013 - 16:07 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On March 16, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the town of Martakert and partook in the sitting highlighting the activities carried out in the provicne in 2012. Head of the regional administration Vladik Khachatryan and chiefs of different departments delivered reports. In his speech Bako Sahakyan noted that during the reporting period large-scale programs were carried out in nearly all spheres of the region’s life. President Sahakyan mentioned that still many problems existed in the region, stressing the need for offering effective solutions and taking necessary measures.
