OSCE Monitoring to Be Held at NKR and Azeri Armed Forces Contact LineNovember 28, 2005 - 14:02 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On November 29, according to the arrangement achieved beforehand, the OSCE Mission will begin conducting a regular monitoring of the Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan armed forces' contact line near the settlement of Karakhanbeily of the Fizuli region. From the Karabakh party the monitoring mission will comprise Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk and his field assistants Harry Eronen, Peter Kii and Yuri Aberle. Field Assistants of the OSCE PR C-i-O Alexander Samarsky and Imre Palatinus will lead the monitoring from the Azerbaijani party.Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
