Armenian Opposition Accused US Ambassador to Armenia in Complicity to "Referendum Gerrymander"

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian Public Commission for Referendum Control has accused US Ambassador to Armenia John Evans in complicity to "referendum gerrymander." Copies of the letter sent to mer. Evans are submitted to embassies of EU member states, CE, OSCE, UN Armenian branches. "During the preparatory stage of the referendum, you and a number of CE officials violated laws of our state," the document says.
