Armenia posts 90,6% increase in diamond production

PanARMENIAN.Net - 32 342 carats of diamond were produced in Armenia in January-April 2013 against 16 971 carats from the year-earlier period (90,6% growth).

According to the National Statistical Service, 319 kg of jewelry was produced during the reporting period against 273,2 kg in 2012 with 16,8% increase posted.
