Playing with Azerbaijan's Patience Dangerous, Azeri Foreign Ministry "Warns"

PanARMENIAN.Net - "The seizure of the Azeri territories is unfavorable for Armenia first of all," Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Araz Azimov stated when commenting on the outcomes of the visit of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs to Baku. In his words, "time works against Yerevan while the liberation of the territories will improve Armenia's international image." At the same time, he noted, "it is dangerous to play with Azerbaijan's patience, since it's not boundless." When asked about the possibility of changing mediation in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement Araz Azimov said, "The OSCE is the organization possessing the essential experience for the resolution of the Karabakh conflict." "One should not forget about the efforts of these three OSCE Minsk Group member-states," he noted. At the same time Araz Azimov said the possibilities of people's democracy are not used presently and the parties should use the instrument at the next stages when "the necessity of creating an atmosphere of peaceful co-existence of the Armenian and Azeri communities of Nagorno Karabakh emerges."
