Azeri FM: Baku Won't Compromise over Territorial Integrity

PanARMENIAN.Net - When commenting on the talks held by Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents Robert Kocharian and Ilham Aliyev in Rambouillet Azeri Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov stated that Baku will not compromise over the territorial integrity of the country. In his words, the "Presidents failed to reach agreement on the return of Azeri refugees and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan." Thus, he noted, Robert Kocharian and Ilham Aliyev achieved agreement on 7 out of 9 items discussed, RFE/RL reported.
